Way to health uses an application to send it texts for us, this means that we need to pull the data from that application to make it visible in Way to Health. Remember how sometimes there used to be a little bit of a lag? Well now that is gone, Way to Health will be pulling the texts from the application every 1 minute!
Custom Variables in Patient Messaging
Add custom target variable values to participant messaging and allow participants to be reminded of that their next goal is! This report shows the last step that the participant completed. This is great because it allows study teams to follow up with enrolling participants at specific steps. It's also helpful for weekly recruitment reports!
