- On the Surveys page, click the 'View in Qualtrics' button. This will redirect you to Qualtrics where you can make the changes to your survey.
- In order to bring these changes over into Way to Health, click the 'Reset' button on the survey. This will pull in the changes that you made in Qualtrics.
- Resetting a survey will cause any configured logic to be lost. You will need to go to the encounter event containing the survey and reenable the logic.

Create a new version of the survey by clicking the 'Create Survey' button.
Name the updated survey with version number. For example, 'Screening Survey V3'. Way to Health will then reroute to Qualtrics where you can build the new version of the survey.
- Pull in older version of the survey into new version by selecting 'Copy Items From'
- Select 'My surveys' and search for survey to copy. In this example, we want to copy 'Screening Survey V2'.
- Select 'Import Entire Survey
- Update survey as needed.
- Once the updates are complete and the survey has been tested in 'Preview Survey', click the 'Import' button.
21. Qualtrics will reroute to Way to Health's survey page. You should now see the survey you built in Qualtrics listed.
- Swap out surveys in the encounter event to which the old survey is attached.
- Going forward any participant that fills out the survey will complete the latest version of the survey (V3). Any participants who already completed the old version of the survey (V2) will still have their completed surveys saved in WTH.
