Platform-Wide Updates

Calendar View of Events

As you know, we have updated the way we schedule events by adding the ability to schedule by day of the week. Well, we also wanted to give you a more clear view of your participants schedules so we have added the ability to view your event schedule in a calendar view. The calendar view is available in both the manage event schedule page and the participant view.

Under Manage Study>Study Arms>Manage Event Schedule you can see in the images below that we have added two tabs at the top of the event schedule. Here you can manage your events as well as view them on the calendar.

Under a participants profile on the Events tab, you can see an overview of their event schedule and can view a calendar of their events by navigating to the calendar tab on the left.

Send images from W2H

They say a picture is worth a thousand words! Share even more information with your participants by sending images via text messages on W2H. You can upload images through the sms inbox to send to participants.

Scheduled start in Pennchart

For our clinical teams, enrollment and management of participants through our Pennchart embed has made it virtually unnecessary to log in to the W2H platform online. We have now added the ability for you to manually set a participants start date from within the W2H embed inside of Pennchart!

Ability to update contact information on verification step

Oops! Have you or your participants ever accidentally entered the wrong cell phone number or email during enrollment? Now you have the chance to update your contact information during the verification step.

Ability to delete event blocks from the arm level

We get it, interventions change and sometimes you want to add or delete events. Well now, if you delete a block of events, we will maintain the history of events for participants that completed them. You will never lose any of your participants data when you delete an event.
