 Don't have a Qualtrics account? Put in a JIRA 'Help' ticket and the WTH Ops team will create one for you! 

1. Log in to your Qualtrics account: https://dc-viawest.qualtrics.com/ControlPanel/ 
   
   
2. In order to create a new survey for WTH, you must use the shared WTH template. Select 'Copy Project' from the dropdown.
   
   
   
3. Rename the survey and click 'Copy Project'
   
   
   
4.  Qualtrics will give you an error message. Don't be alarmed! Just refresh the page and the copied survey will appear in your list of surveys. 
   
   
   
5. Once you refresh the page, the survey will appear, with a status of 'New'.  Click on the survey to start adding questions. 
   
   
   
6. Click the arrow on the 'Default Block' to start adding questions.
   
   
   
7. Click 'Create a New Question' to add your first question. 
   
8. Qualtrics defaults to multiple choice questions, however this can be changed by selecting the dropdown menu under 'Change Question Type'.
