Platform-wide Updates

Study Setup Guide

Launching a new study or clinical project on the platform? Get step-by-step assistance with building your unique intervention through our new in-platform assistance tool. Get help with setting up your project's devices, surveys, enrollment steps, study arm schedules and much more!

Plus, with the new Study Setup Guide, we've revamped Participant Portal Setup so you no longer have to log in as a test participant to edit content. Why? Because that was just silly!

Adherence Snapshot Updates

Lots of exciting new changes to help you better monitor participants:

  • Updated standard color palette:
    • White: the event is open and has not yet been completed
    • Grey: Participant did not complete the event and it was closed out as "skipped". Note: This used to be red!
    • Green: Participant completed the event (e.g. synced their Fitbit, texted in a blood pressure reading, etc.)
  • Create your own color categories to easily find specific data points on the snapshot (e.g. slightly elevated blood pressure)
  • Wider boxes to view more data (up to 7 characters!)
  • Dates above each box to easily find the day for each data point

And don't forget about other new configurations released two weeks ago:

  • Hide, show or compress columns on Manage Participants
  • Access advanced setup right from Manage Participants via "Customize Dashboard" button

New Enrollment Survey Option for Collection of PHI (protected health information)

While our Qualtrics integration is totally baller, it has some limitations. Collection of PHI via this integration is not permitted (PMACS Statement on Qualtrics), therefore we created a new tool in enrollment to allow users to collect PHI that is not a part of the standard participant form.

The new internal enrollment survey tool will enable you to collect any data and keep it secure on the WTH platform. This might include:

  • Electronic signatures for consent/assent
  • Requesting a support partner' full name
  • Dates associated with medical appointments
