Female Arm Intervention Design (30 day intervention) 

  • Participants to weigh in on the scale every day 
  • Alert staff to excessive weight loss
  • Provide feedback on yesterday's weight 
  • Send motivational text messages at various time points
  • Ask participants question with encouraging feedback 
  • Administer an end of study survey

Female Arm Schedule
