Core Updates

  • Setting up repeating encounters is simple, but what happens if you need to edit them? We've given repeating encounters a tune up, and you can now freely modify the schedule as needed.
  • As a reminder, MMS, or picture messages are now accepted by WTH. We built a nifty new alert generator that notifies admin users if a participant sends a duplicate picture. Neat, right? This can be set up under Manage Study > Alerts.
  • Based on feedback from users, we made the verification email for participants a little easier to understand. Here's a snap of the new email:

Behind-the-Scenes Stuff

  • The WTH developer ninjas were fighting combat against cyber security. They made some very important certificate updates to ensure participant information is securely transferred from WTH to Wells Fargo for payment processing.

Behind-the-Scenes Stuff

This past two-week sprint, the WTH team was laying ground work for a nifty new feature, while also keeping the lights on for one of everyone's favorite existing features. Here's a quick snapshot:

  • Pictures in WTH: WTH Core can now receive picture messages from participants. This feature is in anticipation of one of our newest study's, U-REAACT* which will be using picture messaging as a means to track medication adherence. The full feature set isn't available yet, so stay tuned!
  • Qualtrics Configuration: The WTH Team continues to work on changes to upgrade to the newest version of Qualtrics.
