Platform-Wide Updates

Keep participants engaged with our new message randomizer. How delightful!

Wanna switch up the messages you send participants everyday so they don't get bored? You can now create a set of messages for responses to participants and Way to Health will randomly choose one to send to the participants each day. This will allow for you to add some delight to the experience by making the messaging less repetitive!

"Ctrl + C" your surveys!

We know some of you over-achievers have multiple projects on the WTH platform. So we figured we would make your life a little easier by allowing you to be able to copy surveys between studies!

Schedule participant start by day of the week

You can now schedule participants to start on a certain day of the week. This is a function in enrollment and can be configured in logic settings!

Is your build ready for prime time?

We developed a site "check up" page that looks through your entire set-up and alerts you about any potential hiccups in your design. We also let you know when everything looks good to go! You can find the "Error Checks" page on the Manage Study drop down.

New profile field: External ID

Using multiple systems to keep track of your participants? Now you can store an external ID in WTH for each participant! You will be able to enter this in their profile during enrollment!

Locking ya out

With your participants security in mind, we have created a new feature that will lock you out after 5 failed password entry attempts. You can always reset your password if you forgot your old one!

Behind the Scenes

Medication reminder option removal

We had something called "medication reminder" as an option in arm settings. This was an old functionality that was no longer used, so we went ahead and deleted that option to clean up the arm settings view!

Updated version of Twilio

We use Twilio to send out text messages from the platform, we did some updating on the backend for their phone numbers from version 4.1 to 4.2. This basically means, their software had a little update.

Platform-Wide Updates

Signed, Sealed, Delivered

Participants can now provide a signature on consent and other surveys built using our new fancy schmancy survey builder. Easy signing using a computer mouse or their finger on a touch screen. Happy signing!

Alternative Facts

We get it, variables and calculations can be confusing, so we wanted to provide you all with some fact-checking in the formula variables section to make sure all of your calculations are tried and true. Now, when you create a formula variable, you will see a list of all your variables available for copying and error message will appear whenever a formula variable is incorrectly formatted.

I Got 99 Problems, But WTH Ain't One

Now, you will receive a meaningful incident notification if you accidentally delete a variable/target/achievement/etc. so that you can fix the issue promptly!

It Ain't What You Don't Know That Gets You In Trouble

Stay in the know with who, what and when event logic was edited on your study. Click on "View Change History" in logic for that event to view the log of changes.
