Request a Visa ClinCard integration per the Requesting ClinCard instructions
Ask the W2H Liaison on the Disbursements Project Team to provide your program’s Visa ClinCard Study ID # to W2H (waytohealth@pennmedicine.upenn.edu)
W2H’s operations team will add the second ClinCard integration to the W2H program and set Visa ClinCard as the default payment type so that new accounts created will default to the Visa ClinCard payment preference. This will not impact existing participants.
At your convenience, transition existing participants from MasterCard to Visa ClinCard if the intervention schedule will require you to pay them after June 2024. Do this by going to the participant profile > payment preference section and toggling the dropdown to the Visa ClinCard option.
