We got rid of the wait. Way to Health can now send texts and voice calls almost instantaneously. Participants will now receive text messages within 30 seconds.

Hiding in Plain Sight
Now that you have the ability to disable enrollment steps, we want to make sure you can keep track of all of the changes you have made. When a participant has completed an enrollment step and the step is later disabled, it will no longer disappear from their profile. You will be able to view the enrollment step and it will be marked as disabled.
