ADT Feed

We regularly use ADT feeds to silence and unsilence participants in programs, among other things.

To capture ADT events for participants, we should not continue using data collection events open all day with 1000+ repeats because:

  1. Folks with 2+ ADT events in a single day will only have logic processed for the first one (e.g. same day admit and discharge results in participant remaining silenced indefinitely)

  2. Repeating events are burdensome for the system

The preferred method is to create an event block triggered by the timestamp of the ADT data source and checking the “if two unique instances…” checkbox below where applicable.
