W2H Implementation Checklist
Gathering requirements
Share appropriate build map template with the project team:
For clinical programs: Clinical Build Map Template
For outreach programs: Outreach Build Map Template
For research interventions:Â Research Build Map Template.docxÂ
Receive mapping document from team.
Create a folder in PennBox > W2H > active clinical programs or active research studies. Share the PennBox folder with study team if you wish.
Upload mapping documents to PennBox.
Create or copy program in W2H.
Buy Twilio phone number & messaging service, and register the messaging campaign.
Update program settings:
Ask the project team to create a study-specific email if they are emailing participants. Otherwise, okay to use waytohealth@pennmedicine.upenn.edu.
Add project team to provide call center phone number if applicable (usually just research). Otherwise, okay to use the W2H text/call number
Update Trello card per https://waytohealth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BG/pages/2736717858
Switch W2H program status from ‘developing' to 'testing’.
Building
Follow best practices to set up the program
Testing

Add personnel to the build (you can add personnel as needed at any point).
Have the team sign off on the completed testing document.
Reset participant data in manage study > settings.
Switch W2H program status from ‘testing' to 'started’.
Launch
Support Onboarding - Two weeks after launch, add teams to the support desk.
Add build documentation to Confluence projects and studies space.
If applicable, turn on analytics for Lens in study settings.
