Introduction
The Lens Analytics Portal is powered by Metabase, an open source business intelligence tool. There are embedded views of Lens within the main Way to Health platform, but much of the setup occurs directly within Metabase. The Metabase User Guide documentation can be found here: https://www.metabase.com/learn/getting-started/getting-started.html
The Lens Analytics Portal is accessible here: https://lens.waytohealth.org/.
The portal consists of the following components:
Question: Ask a question about your data and display answers in formats that make sense, whether that's a bar chart or a detailed table.
Dashboard: Combine questions in a customizable format for analysis or day-to-day operations.
Dashboard subscriptions: Send dashboard questions via email, Slack, or Teams on a recurring basis.
Collection: A folder that contains all questions, dashboards and subscriptions. There will usually be one dashboard per study/clinical program.
