Creating a dashboard or subscription

Create a dashboard

Once you have created questions, you can build a dashboard, or collection of questions.

Click the “+” icon in the header and select “New dashboard”.

Give the dashboard a name, description and add it to the study’s collection folder. Click “Create”.

Click the pencil icon to edit the dashboard.

Once in edit mode, you can begin adding questions or text to the dashboard.

Search for the question you want to add.

You can add as many questions as you would like to a dashboard. You can drag, drop and resize as needed. Click “Save” when complete.

Create a dashboard subscription

You can send dashboard results to your team one-time, or on a recurring basis.

Click the Sharing arrow icon, and select “Dashboard subscriptions”.

Select ‘Email it'.

Add the email addresses and/or Lens users that should receive the subscription. If you want to send this to a Microsoft Teams channel, you’ll navigate to Teams and can find the channel [FILL IN].

You can choose to send on an hourly, daily or weekly basis at a scheduled time. You can also schedule and send immediately. You can also choose to not send the subscription if there are not any results.

By default the subscription email will not include attachments. If you’d like to attach the results, select the file format (.csv or .xlxs) and which question should be attached.

Click ‘Done’ to complete setup.

Create a public dashboard

Optionally, you can create a public URL for the dashboard so anyone can access this information.

Only if the dashboard has aggregate data only - NEVER make a dashboard public if there is PHI visible.

From the top right of the dashboard, click the Share arrow and then Sharing and embedding

Enable sharing.
