Logging into W2H with SSO

As of May 2023, Single Sign-On (SSO) is now required for all Penn Medicine employees accessing W2H.

When accessing W2H's administrative portal (app.waytohealth.org or lgh.waytohealth.org), please use the "Log in with PennMedAccess" button on the left side of the home page as shown below.

Downtown University employees should use their UPHS credentials (what is used to sign in to Epic) and not their PMACS credentials to sign in. If you don't remember your UPHS credentials, contact the UPHS help desk at 215-662-7474.

If you are already logged into the PennMedAccess portal with PSOM credentials rather than UPHS credentials, you might see the following pop-up when trying to access W2H, “You do not have permission to access this page.”:

In this case, you will need to log out of the PennMedAccess portal or use a new incognito/private browser window to log into W2H using SSO.
