Adherence Snapshot

You can use the customizable adherence snapshot to better visualize your participants data.

Using any data source (fitbit, conversation, etc.) you can create a color coded, logic based snapshot of your participants data viewable by date.

This view allows you to see a participants data at a glance without looking in manage data or the sms inbox.

In order to set up your adherence snapshot:

  • Navigate to Manage Study

  • Choose Settings in the drop down

  • In the top right corner click the Advanced button

You will be taken to Advanced Settings. On the first page labeled Manage Participants, scroll to the bottom where you will see a section titled Adherence Snapshot.

Here you have to option to:

  • Choose to configure the adherence snapshot to show both enrollment and study start events

  • Choose data display order, newest to oldest or oldest to newest

  • Choose which event you would like to see in the adherence snapshot for each arm/enrollment event

  • Choose which data from the event that you would like to display

    • you can display multiple data points for one source, example:

      • Question 1

      • Question 2

      • Question 3

    • You can also choose to show a variable that is calculated on the event

  • Choose which value per event to display in the adherence snapshot per event (example: display steps for the daily step event event from Fitbit)

  • Choose the color scheme

    • You can choose colors from the drop down for:

      • Open events

      • Skipped Events

      • Completed Events

      • Any adherence snapshot categories you set on logic

        • In order to set an adherence snapshot category in logic

          • Navigate to the logic for a device event (conversation, fitbit, withings, survey, etc.)

          • In the “then” statement, choose “set an adherence snapshot category”

          • Label the data with the category that corresponds with the data in the logic

            • Example: if this events data, BP is 140/90, then set an adherence snapshot category, of High BP
