Platform-wide Updates
DIY Targets: Configure participant goals based on baseline data
Now you can configure participant goals at the arm level based on their performance during the run-in period. For example, track a participant's steps for two weeks and configure Way to Health to calculate the average step count, then multiply by a specific amount to get the standard participant target.
To configure, navigate to Manage Study > Target Configurations.
For a full tutorial on how to set up this new feature, see Enrollment Run-In Target Generator.
Survey links with an expiration date
Now when you send out Qualtrics survey links through Way to Health, the survey will only be available to the participant during the set event window. This means that you will have full control over when participants can complete surveys. Need longer collection periods? Simply extend the length of your survey's event window.
New profile variable: 'Additional Info' field
Get more customized with your messaging to participants. Use the Additional Info field located on the participant's profile to store individualized information on the participant such a list of current medications, or the participant's physician. You can then populate the standard text field in any participant messaging.
New Nokia activity tracker data
In addition to tracking steps, you can now view the following participant data from all Nokia activity trackers:
- Distance (miles)
- Active calories burned in the day (kcal)
- Total Calories burned in the day (kcal)
- Duration of soft activity (minutes)
- Duration of moderate activity (minutes)
- Duration of intensive activity (minutes)
