Day of the Week Participant Scheduling
Say goodbye to day 0, day 33 and day 570 (if you want to) because you can now schedule events in W2H by day of the week! The original event scheduling functionality still remains but you can choose to schedule events by day of the week as well. This could be really helpful if you don’t want to message participants over the weekend or if you have specific messages for a certain day of the week.
New Look for the Event Schedule Page
Since you can schedule events by day of week, we made an update to the events overview to accommodate this change (Manage Study > Manage Event Schedule). We also added a toggle button in the top right corner that allows your to display your logic rules and messaging in the Schedule of Events overview if you want. Although we made some new visual changes to the platform, your logic is safe and sound, no need to worry!
Download a Participant's Event Schedule Into the iCalendar Format
You can download your event schedule into an iCalendar format (.ics) from the Schedule of Events page. By clicking the blue “Export Calendar” button in the top left corner, you can download the iCalendar file and open it on your computer or send the file to a participant via email.
Copy Conversations
You can schedule or trigger text conversations in W2H with your participants, allowing you to connect with them even more than before. We just added the ability for your to copy conversations, as you do with traditional surveys. You can copy conversations within your program or study, or across programs and studies you have access to. We hope this will make conversation building even easier since you won’t always have to start from scratch!
Manually Modify Baseline Variable
We made a super helpful update to the platform for those of you calculating a participant baseline value from an enrollment run-in period. You can now manually modify a participant's baseline variable value without worrying about the manual value being overwritten the next time we use the variable in logic.
Intervention Length on Arm Settings
We added the ability for you to choose your intervention length on the arm settings.
Behind the Scenes
The sentry-vue plugin is designed to give us more granular information about vue errors, but the way it handles errors on the page it creates more trouble than its worth. It means that errors don't show up in the console, and we waste time debugging things that would have just gone straight to the console.
